Honestly you add enough Magnesium Carbonate to any glaze and you''ll get a similar effect. Magnesium has a very high surface tension which causes the glaze to bead up on the surface of the pot. Over a another glaze, the reticulated glaze spreads out into islands, like lichen (or like giraffe spots, which is where the"reticulated" term comes from I suspect).
